Software
Once payment is received, the software will be electronically delivered directly to your BRAIN WAVES TECH account. If you have completed your purchase under your BRAIN WAVES TECH account, please navigate to “My Account” and click on “Downloads” to access your download link.
Delivery Information
Please note that payment must be made in full prior to shipping or delivery of the order, or any part thereof.
For BWT 2508, the delivery will be facilitated through HRL Logistics in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Once the headset is packaged and shipped, you will receive a notification via email containing the tracking information. Please ensure that the email address you provide during the purchase process is accurate and up-to-date.
Duties & Taxes
Please note that the recipient of shipment may be subject to the taxes, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s address. Taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
It is important to note that additional charges must be fulfilled by the recipient. BRAIN WAVES TECH PVT LTD has no control over these charges, and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend that you contact your local office for more information regarding these charges.
Please be aware that when clearance procedures are required, they may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Additionally, courier services may require the identification before releasing a shipment.
We recommend that you research and familiarize yourself with the requirements and regulations of your area to avoid any potential delays or issues with the delivery of your shipment.
Tracking your order
Once your headset has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a notification containing the tracking information via the email address you provided when you made your purchase. It is your responsibility to keep track of the package with the delivery confirmation number provided after the item has shipped since you will need to schedule a re-delivery or pick up after the first missed delivery attempt.
Please be advised that any packages returned to our facilities other than due to the fault of the shipping carriers (such as an incorrect mailing address, unpaid duties and taxes, or an unclaimed package) will be refunded, but the shipping charges will be deducted from the total.
We cannot make changes to any delivery information once the order has been submitted, so please ensure that all information provided is accurate.
If you choose to abandon your shipment and/or fail to pay any duties and/or taxes assessed, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement, and any reshipment fees incurred will be at your expense.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We can only process cancellations if your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch.
